Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kidder Township, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, a township of the Second Class, hereby offers to qualified contractors the opportunity to submit a sealed bid for the removal of snow and ice and the application of de-icing and anti-skid materials to Township roads for a period not to exceed three (3) years. The contractor shall provide the equipment, materials, personnel, and procedures available and be ready to perform snow and ice removal together with the application of de-icing and/or anti-skid materials of such type and quality as used by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation or their equal as determined by the Township on the following list of roadways and parking areas under the Township's jurisdiction
