Vendor shall supply, deliver and tailgate spread (where possible) the materials listed below along roads and campsites in campground identified as State Cabin Road at Edisto Beach State Park in Colleton County as specified herein and as shown on attached maps: • 250 cubic yards of shell sand piled at designated space in trailside parking lot • 200 cubic yards of shell sand tailgate spread along designated area of Cabin Road 1.2 LINES AND GRADE Owner shall provide lines and grades for the work required. PART II – PRODUCTS 2.1 MATERIAL: • Shell Sand O/S Material, comparable in composition to existing Shell Sand Material onsite. Vendors may conduct a site visit, to Edisto Beach State Park, prior to bidding, to ensure that material being offered is indeed comparable to existing material on-site (SEE PART V – SITE VISIT). The South Carolina Department of Parks Recreation & Tourism (SCPRT) may require offerors to furnish material samples for evaluation prior to award to ensure material being offered is comparable in composition to existing Shell Sand at Edisto Beach State Park. If requested, samples must be provided within forty-eight (48) hours of request, or your offer will be rejected.
