Specifications include, but are not limited to: USC Upstate is seeking a SharePoint template solution that can provide a cloud-hosted service to produce, implement, and support a complete intranet solution. • The solution shall work in both SharePoint Online Modern / Classic and SharePoint On-Premise Classic • Solution shall generate, implement, and support designed communication sites with interactive functionality for USC Upstate’s SharePoint Online (SPO) tenant • Solution must provide an unlimited number of SPO pages to be created by the vendor throughout the contract’s life • All deliverables must be custom designed, generated, implemented, and supported by the same vendor and shall not involve any third party • Offeror will produce requested services with no sensitive University data shared with the vendor, such as PII, FERPA, HIPAA, CJIS, PCI, etc. • Offeror’s design and implementation team must interact with the Intranet Site team in meetings across several phases of the project to develop, vet, and create custom design concepts with site design, graphic designs, color, functionality, and system integration. • NO SUBCONTRACTING ALLOWED
