Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall put into operation the total work effort needed to satisfy the operational and technical requirements of the contract and resulting tasks. This work effort includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Ensuring the safety and security of the City’s property, employees and citizens. B. Furnishing fully trained and qualified candidates/personnel who qualify for a South Carolina security clearance, as required. C. Establishing internal policies, procedures, and processes for use by Contractor personnel, in accordance with City of Myrtle Beach laws, County, State and Federal or Department regulations and policies and Post directives, orders and instructions. D. Providing quality program management oversight and assurance.
