Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will ensure a professional, reliable and efficient effort to prevent loss of property, or harm to personnel by monitoring for fire, theft, vandalism or unauthorized persons conducting themselves in an unsafe or unruly manner buildings, employees and visitors against security and safety hazards. Duties performed shall include, but not be limited to the following: Report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions as soon as possible to representatives designated by DHEC. Incidents or conditions requiring reporting may include, but not be limited to, fire, criminal activity, chemical spills, telephone outages, power outages, and equipment malfunctions.
