Specifications include, but are not limited to: b. Provide information and assistance to students, staff and visitors during scheduled hours. c. Provide surveillance throughout the campus and notify local law enforcement as necessary, regarding disturbances, thefts, or illegal activities. d. Assist with parking enforcement as necessary. e. Respond to fire alarms or other emergencies as required under college procedures. f. Officers shall make one bank drop daily to a local bank. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to provide transportation if a TCL vehicle is not available. g. Officers shall make a daily pick up and drop off to local post office, Beaufort only. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to provide transportation if a TCL vehicle is not available. h. Officers shall perform monthly safety checks of the following items: Fire Extinguishers, AED’s, Eyewash Stations, Emergency Response Guides, Fire Alarm Systems, First Aid Kits, Interior and Exterior Lighting. i. Officers shall drop off and pick up state vehicle for service as required and coordinated with the Director of Facility Management. j. All officers must participate in any, and all safety and emergency response exercises executed by TCL. k. All offerors will submit resumes, upon request of the management staff that will be directly responsible for/to the college.
