Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Georgetown is looking to secure the Port of Georgetown located at 1324 Dock Street, Georgetown, SC 29440. Now standing at the security gate is a guard shack where the security officer will be primarily stationed. This assignment will include but is not limited to a Ten Hour (10) per day schedule, 7 days per week, from the hours of 6 AM to 6 PM Monday through Sunday. Holidays will be included should they fall within that time frame and day range. During these hours, the Port is guarded by a manned guard gate where identification will be required to present to guard on duty. After hours, the gate will be self-serve and selfentrance via security code/combination code to all tenants. By law, these tenants are responsible for their behavior and the behavior of anyone entering the Port with them while conducting any business at such time. This bid is to include pricing for said services, knowledge of the land and surrounding buildings, structures and the like, as well as terrain, layout and scope of guarded area.
