Specifications include, but are not limited to: The sale of three (3) Portable Classroom Buildings. The sale shall include any and all foundation supports, steps, and landings. • The portables are located at Crosswell Elementary School. 1. Portable Classroom will be sold "as is" and the district will not extend any guarantees, warranties, or accept any liability regarding the condition of the portable unit. 2. The successful bidder must hire a South Carolina DOT licensed and bonded mover to remove the portable classrooms, including all attached structures including foundation supports, steps and landings, and clean up down to ground level. All materials and/or equipment required to move the portable unit(s) will be the responsibility of the successful bidder and/or the mover. 3. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder and the mover to obtain all necessary local and state licenses, permits and police escorts for the removal and moving of any portable unit(s). The mover will be required to submit a current certificate of insurance (ACORD25) to the district indicating levels of coverage. Work shall be coordinated through the District's Operational Services contact and they must be given a minimum of three (3) days notice prior to the removal of the portable unit.
