Product Description Structural Pile Repair System intended for structural repair and protection of timber, steel, and concrete piles above and below water. The pile repair system shall be comprised of non-corrosive fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) composite jackets, applicable high-strength underwater grouts, and corresponding accessories. The FRP jackets and corresponding grouts shall be from the same manufacturer. Accessories include, but are not limited to backer rods, spacers and stand-offs, screws, bolts, nuts, washers, valves and injection ports, epoxy for fiberglass adhesion, epoxy and aggregates for top bevel, hose/pump equipment lubrication, and hose/pump equipment cleaners. Product Intended Use Structural Pile Repair System shall be specifically intended for repair of damaged bridge piles, including timber, steel and concrete piles, in-place without the need for dewatering, including both fresh and saltwater applications.
