Z Motor – Nema 34 Must Include an HSD Spindle – Minimum of 2.2HP Must be Electric Spindle with Electric Cooling – No Water Cooled or Shaft Fan Driven Accepted Must have VFD for Single Phase Operation at 100% Duty Must include Homing and Self Alignment via Limit switches on X, Y, and Z All Axis Must be 25MM Linear guide rails Must Include Independent Tool Measure switch for Tool Length Calculation Separately from Z Zero – No Combo Switches Machine must be 4th Axis Ready for future installation of 4th Axis on Right Side Must be compatible with Windows 11 Software Must Include a Full Size Desktop computer with Solid State Hard drive Machine Must Run on a PCI Card Controller Similar to WinCNC industrial controller Must have Steel Machine Stand with 4 Casters and Locking Ability
