Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security Guard services are required at the following locations: Telecommunications Center Building 1041 George Rogers Boulevard, Columbia, SC (24/7/365) As needed SCETV Sumter Studio, 18 North Harvin Street St. Sumter, SC 29150* *Guard is only needed in Sumter on Tuesdays. If guard lives in Columbia, an SCETV vehicle will be provided for guard to drive to Sumter. Guard will report to 1041 George Rogers Blvd in Columbia at 2PM, drive to Sumter and will be back in Columbia at 10PM. The Security Services Contractor is responsible for performing the contract in accordance with accepted security practices and standards to ensure a safe environment for the employees, visitors, and the public. This includes maintaining a safe and secure working environment free from violence, improper or disruptive behavior, intimidation, and to the protection of all facilities and equipment from loss or misuse. Guards will be responsible for the prevention of loss of property or harm to personnel by monitoring for fire, theft, vandalism, or unauthorized persons conducting themselves in an unsafe or unruly manner. These specifications cover the minimum requirements for furnishing all labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to provide these services.
