Specifications include, but are not limited to:. BEAUFORT: The Beaufort Campus is located at 921 Ribaut Road and sits on both sides of the highway adjacent to the Beaufort River and Battery Creek. There are twenty buildings on the fifty-two acre campus. The campus is located near the Beaufort Memorial Hospital. BLUFFTON: The Bluffton Campus consists of a two-story building, approximately 32,000 sq. ft. and is located on Highway 278 at 100 Community College Drive. It sits between Sun City and USCB Campus. There is one entrance from Highway 278 with another entrance under construction at Palmetto Electric’sfrontageroad.HAMPTON: The Hampton Campus is a one-story building with approximately 15,880 sq. ft. It is located near theHamptonCountySheriff’s Department at 54 Tech Circle, Varnville.
