Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide sequential roving patrol of ten (10) garages. Priority will be concentrating on stairwells, elevators, dark zones and other areas of concern, identified by the Parking Staff and the Security Agency. The security hours and personnel coverage must be flexible, depending on need and specific Garage location(s). Currently the requirement is estimated to be 120 hours per week. The City has the right to make changes to the demand of hours, time(s) of day or quantity of personnel required, upon giving a twenty-four (24) hour notice. The vendor shall provide a written report to Citys General Manager of Parking daily. This report will include but may not be limited to, documenting patrol times, facilities patrolled, problems encountered and any other information requested.
