Specifications include, but are not limited to: Admin’s requirements with respect to the Infrastructure monitoring, break-fix, support, enhancements, security services, continuous improvement will pertain to the period from the Commencement Date to the completion of the contracted period. The Service Provider will, through ongoing support and maintenance control processes, support the solutions developed by the Service Provider during the term of the Contract. The Service Provider shall lead Admin in evaluating, making recommendations, selecting, and onboarding new Public Cloud provider(s), negotiating contracts, managing renewals, handling contract disputes with Public Cloud provider(s). The Service Provider shall provide and perform operational governance activities with the selected Public Cloud provider(s) to ensure ongoing alignment to Admin SCEIS demand, Admin Rules, and adherence to data and privacy standards, across all Public Cloud providers. Steady state base Services includes activities to the Service Provider-provided Public Cloud environment, workloads, processes, and systems management roles and responsibilities for the Public Cloud environment. This includes responsibilities and activities to support Public Cloud products and corresponding workloads within virtual networks, operating system instances, processes, and systems management roles services for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, any virtual private cloud (VPC) representing on premise compute, microservices, deployment slots, container technologies, serverless architectures and Application hosting services. Responsibilities for the Admin environment include integration with other Service Components to ensure availability of Services. Admin has designed its operating model to leverage an Admin-led IT service management, referred to as Admin ITSM, which operates on an ITIL-based platform with specific tools and processes that all Admin service providers will utilize. Requirements related to these Service Management processes and components are detailed in Article 4 Service Management of this Exhibit. The Infrastructure Service must offer Public Cloud services to SCEIS as required to support the S/4HANA targeted platform.
