Remove the existing low slope roofing, repair the existing metal deck as needed, install Polyisocyanurate tapered system, install ½ gypsum cover board, and install Modified Bitumen Membrane Roofing at the Richland County School District One Arden Elementary School; All low slope sections designated: 1. Provide necessary material, equipment, labor, labor supervision, taxes, and permits required to complete the Project. A description of the Work required is included in the Project Manual. 2. The intent of the Contract Documents is that materials, equipment, and systems be installed properly and complete for their intended function in the completed Work. 3. Contractor represents that it is familiar with, and has expertise in, this Work, and it is understood that although the Contract Documents provided may be complete in detail, any work not shown on Drawings, or delineated in the Scope of Work but required to fulfill the intent of a completed job, is included in this Scope of Work. 4. Contractor is advised that the quality of Work required by the Contract Documents is to be of the highest quality of industry standards, and Contractor shall not be due additional compensation for it.
