Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Spartanburg Police Department is seeking to purchase a remote controlled drone to supplement its existing Real Time Crime Center (RTCC). To be considered an asset to our program, the drone capabilities and specifications must include, at a minimum, the following: Hovering accuracy at a height and range approved by FAA regulations Ability to fly in inclement weather to include wind, rain, snow, and temperatures most frequently encountered in South Carolina.
