Coastal Carolina University seeks a source to provide InnoSoft Fusion recreation management software, or equivalent, for its Department of University Recreation. The InnoSoft Fusion recreation management software must be able to provide the following minimum functionalities: 1. Support accounts receivable transaction activity, to include incoming payments via credit card and CINO (the University’s “one-card”) Cash by customers. 2. Provide a storefront and web presence that is desktop and mobile friendly that allows for point-of-sale registration of classes, events, inventory and services that University Recreation offers in conjunction with a back-end solution that allows editing and customization of fields and components. 3. Provide reporting to support daily reconciliation and on-going processing that fully integrates with the University’s current ERP system which is Ellucian Colleague.
