1. The existing nets, line tapes, and all nails shall be removed regardless of technique necessary. 2. Court surfaces should be scarified as needed, cleaned of all dead clay material, algae, mold and all types of other organic growth. 3. Add an average of 8 tons of Hydro-blend material to each tennis court; this material shall be leveled with laser-guided grading equipment to provide a smooth and even surface with a proper slope for correct drainage. It is required that all courts be rolled a minimum of two times after the placement of the Hydro-blend material has been irrigated to a proper moisture level. 4. New USTA regulation herringbone line tapes shall be installed. 5. The surface should be rolled a minimum of once more after installation of line tapes. 6. The existing net posts shall be re-painted, and the original nets shall be re-installed. 7. Project work should be performed on two courts at a time. Once two courts have been completed and are ready for play, work may begin on the next two court pod. 8. Installation of the Har-Tru material shall not be conducted during rainfall, or when rainfall is imminent. 9. The City of Florence will allow access to an on-site dumpster during the project. 10. The company selected will be responsible for the removal and re-installation of all fencing necessary for on court equipment access.
