Specifications include, but are not limited to: Redfern Health Center (RHC), a comprehensive ambulatory health care center, serves as the Student Health Services for Clemson University. Clemson University is located in the upstate of South Carolina, in a college-town setting and enrolls approximately 29,000 students per year. Clemson University is seeking a vendor to furnish, deliver, install and configure a radiology PACS solution for the Radiology Department of RHC, which consists of two full-time staff members and 1 PRN staff member. The Radiology Department of Redfern Health Center is a single diagnostic x-ray room that performs approximately 2,000 exams annually. We also have point of care ultrasound. The vendor will be required to provide an implementation plan, training on the proposed system as well as on-going support and service including system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements. The proposal will encompass all requirements to automate the radiology workflow process including bi-directional interfaces to existing EHR, Viztek U-arm, Bi-directional interface with radiologist, and must be able to push images to other medical offices or hospitals. Must have a peer-to-peer review process for quality control for radiologist and must include tutorials, and guides, etc. New PACS solution must have ability to import/store all exams and reports that are currently in OPALPACS. Must include back-up solution that is not cloud-based.
