Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lexington School District Four (L4SD) seeks the review, update and implementation of Safety and Security Policies, Safety Training and Plans for Lexington School District Four, which will include, but not limited to programs of normal school hours, emergencies, sporting events, and after-hour events. Lexington School District Four seeks an on-going process that maintains and increases the safety and security for all functions of Lexington School District Four. The L4SD is seeking a program that provides the broadest scope of safety planning, training and analysis consultant services at the lowest total cost for one school year. The selected consultants shall be qualified to deliver the Lexington School District Four a program that provides an on-going process that maintains and increases the safety and security for all functions of Lexington School District 4. • Creation and implementation of a District Safety Council, • Monthly Council meetings throughout the year for policy review/updates, • Visit Best Practice location(s) with Lex4 Safety Council, • Review of all Lex4 Policies, Protocols and Procedures regarding Safety, • First Responder collaborations, reviews and suggestions, • Training: ~ build a program that relays a common message to all Lex4 stakeholders • Physical and Access Control Security, that includes (2) two on-site reviews of each school; (1) one while in-session and (1) one out of session, • Reviews of (3) three selected events; football, District Auditorium events, District Gym events with review of property, procedures and occupancy safety. • Specific consultations regarding topics of interest, including, re-unification, the use of special equipment at events, use of manpower, etc.
