Specifications include, but are not limited to: Delivering E-rate eligible Aruba Central cloud licenses, migration, and configuration, which will support our district's need for internal connections. As part of this project, the winning bidder will: ● Configure the central management functionality of Aruba Central. ● Migrate and configure current SSIDs from wireless controllers to Aruba Central. ● Include active directory authentication integration. ● Ensure that new or existing access points are compatible with Aruba Central. ● Ensure maximum security for Aruba Central including MFA, cybersecurity best practices, and policies/settings to optimize the security of the network ● Work with the OCS team on captive portal options for SSIDs. ● Set up notifications and alerts for network health and security for the OCS team ● Knowledge share with the OCS Technology Team. A test access point will be used to verify functionality prior to mass deployment. ● Update all network switches and access points to a firmware version agreed upon by the OCS team. ● Not fail to provide the ERATE eligibility percentage for each item proposed. This must be done by the vendor. ● Provide documentation proving that any other proposed brand or solution is the functional equivalent. ● Follow all best practices and provide thorough documentation and a knowledge to complete the project. ● Follow up with the OCS team after project completion for additional questions and platform review.
