Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Citadel seeks a vendor to provide an Integrated point of sale (POS) Commerce System for three (3) of its retail units. Retail units are as follows: The Citadel Cadet Store, Tailor Shop, and Laundry/Dry Cleaner. The Citadel has determined the need to implement a comprehensive Commerce System to improve its inventory management, sales tracking, and customer lookup/recall feature for matching items and quantities sold to and/or returned to specific customers. The Commerce System needs to include: a comprehensive POS (point of sale) and perpetual inventory system that integrates with our current student card system, TransAct, as well as our ERP system, Ellucian/Banner.
