Remove and dispose of window behind the exterior staircase and interior cabinets that are below the window. Enlarge and frame out opening and install fixed, double windows with aluminum framing and general dimensions of 5’ h x 6’ w. Window frame and glass needs to meet all existing codes. A new primed steel lintel shall be installed for window opening. Windows should be Low-E, storm rated and suitable for marine environments. Framing should allow for window to be recessed in interior wall with 11 ¼” window stool. The section of wall under new window should be drywalled and painted to match existing interior walls including baseboard and quarter round wood trim. Contractor shall provide CCPRC with cut sheets or design specifications for approval prior to installation.
