1. All supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the work. 2. ALL paper goods, soap, trash lines, and any/all other materials needed to complete the work. 3. EPA-registered disinfectants, non-toxic, low-odor, and environmentally friendly cleaning products shall be used for all cleaning tasks. 4. Daily cleaning services will cover approximately 2,080 square feet of occupied office space. 5. Professionally trained staff who are in uniform while on duty. Uniforms shall be clean, neat, and clearly display the contractor’s name or company logo to ensure easy identification by SCDOT personnel and visitors. 6. Adequate supervision and periodic quality control checks to ensure compliance with contract specifications. 7. Full adherence to all applicable OSHA, DHEC, and SCDOT regulations.
