It is the intent of the Horry County Schools Office of Procurement to solicit offers from qualified vendors to provide and deliver tournament quality, 3-way salt tolerant perennial ryegrass seed blend to multiple locations on an as-needed basis in fifty (50) pound bags, at a minimum of twelve hundred (1,200) pounds per delivery. The seed varieties should have the designation SLT at the end of the varieties to verify salinity tolerance. The annual estimated number of seed required is twenty-three thousand (23,000) pounds. The District shall contact the vendor with quantity of bags required to be delivered on an as-needed basis per the specifications provided within this solicitation. These specifications cover professional services to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, training, technical support, supplies and equipment necessary to provide the services requested • Minimum 97.5% Pure Seed • Minimum 90% Germination • No noxious weed seed
