Specifications include, but are not limited to: he District’s Security and Emergency Services Department is seeking a vendor capable of performing a comprehensive security, emergency, and safety audit at approximately; forty-nine (49) schools, three (3) transportation sites, nine (9) administrative buildings, and four (4) athletic stadium sites as listed herein. The Vendor shall complete and Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats Analysis (SWOT) for the Security and Emergency Service Department. The assessments shall include presentations of findings and recommendations to District Administrators. The audit shall assess the safety conditions of schools and facilities to: 1. Identify and, if necessary, develop solutions for physical safety concerns, including building security issues, and 2. Identify and evaluate any patterns of safety concerns. The audits are to include for each location but not limited to the following: 1. Conduct an audit assessment of the five physical layers of protection (District-Wide Perimeters to include Properties; Parking Lots; Buildings; Classrooms/Interior). 2. Review of the District Security, Emergency, and Safety policies and procedures. 3. Evaluation of the current Access Control and Video Surveillance Systems and Equipment. 4. Perform personal surveys of the security and safety roles, responsibilities, and training. 5. Evaluation the emergency and non-emergency communication tools and procedures. 6. Provide an evaluation of fire and sprinkler detection and alarms. 7. Conduct surveys and/or interviews of students, teachers, staff, and parents. 8. Provide an intruder assessment that tests current access control and visitor management procedures at each facility. 9. Conduct a site visit to each facility that includes an interview with the campus administrator, a walk-through and visual assessment of all building interiors and exteriors including grounds, a document review, and an exit conference
