Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lot A - Technical Architect & Senior Banner DeveloperThe successful bidders (contractors) for Lot A must perform the following work as needed: Based on Banner knowledge, identify baseline or custom solutions quickly to help escalate andfacilitate discussions for best practice and where needed custom solutions Design and develop technical solutions according to USC development standards Design and develop custom interfaces Design and develop reports Assist in developing processes to migrate data from Banner database to a data warehouse Provide technical expertise on migrating 30+ years of historical data from legacy IMSmainframe system to the Banner database Assist in design and development of data conversion processes Serve as a technical liaison to the integration teams to ensure applications or systems requiredto interface with the Banner ERP system are fully supported and properly integrated Mentor technical staff throughout the Banner implementationLot B Banner DeveloperThe successful bidders (contractors) for Lot B will perform the following work as needed: Design and develop standard reporting needs Based on Banner knowledge, identify baseline or custom solutions quickly to help escalate andfacilitate discussions for best practice and where needed custom solutions Assist in developing interfaces from Banner to several external components. Lot C Banner Database AdministratorThe successful bidders (contractors) for Lot C must perform the following work as needed: Tier 4 Production Support Service Asset & Configuration Managemento Database, application server & web server Information Security Management Availability Management Capacity Management Service Continuity Management Release & Deployment Management
