1. Check-in with the campus coordinator upon arriving on site to perform services and leave a work ticket with the campus coordinator upon completion of services. This person will be identified at the contract start-up meeting. 2. Mow all turf at a cutting height between 2.5” to 3”, rake and remove any excess grass clippings. 3. Weed eat entire property where needed including but not limited to: around the building, transformers, fences, utility/sign poles, loading docks and all grass areas that cannot be accessed by a lawnmower. 4. Edge all sidewalks, curbs and edges on the entire property, with a stick edger. 5. Perform mechanical and /or chemical (following label instructions) weed control/removal including but not limited to parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, curbing, loading docks, in beds, around trees and shrubs, in natural areas, around buildings, signage, transformers and utility poles. Spray kudzu in the rear of the building with herbicide labeled to kill kudzu until eradicated.
