Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mow all turf areas at 2.5” – 3”. Rake and remove any buildup of grass clippings. 2. Keep shrubs pruned to maintain neat and clean appearance using proper horticultural techniques. Remove all clippings and debris from property. 3. Keep trees pruned up from the ground a minimum of 6.5’, remove sucker growth and dead wood that can be reached from the ground with a pole pruner. Perform each of these tasks using proper horticultural techniques. Remove all limbs and debris generated from property. 4. Keep grounds free of weeds in bedding areas, parking surfaces, along fence lines, curbs, sidewalks, concrete pads, patios, dry ponds and around trees and shrubs. 5. Edge all curbs, sidewalks and parking lots. 6. “Weed-Eat” property to maintain neat and clean appearance. 7. Remove all leaves, sticks, limbs, trash and debris in beds, turf, parking surfaces, concrete pads, and patios, along fence lines, dry ponds and sidewalks. 8. Check-in with the site coordinator upon arriving on site to perform services and will leave a work ticket/invoice with the site coordinator upon completion of services.
