The purpose of this solicitation is for Georgetown County School District (GCSD) to solicit offers from qualified vendors to provide a replacement electronic message center display, specifically a Watchfire 8mm color LED display for MCE marquee board in accordance with all requirements stated herein. SPECIFICATIONS; Provide one double face 2’-5” H x 7’-2 ½ W replacement LED display for existing cabinet; same location on sign structure; Remove existing LED electronic message center; Manufacture new framework and filler for new LED electronic message center; Electronic Message Center (EMC) will be Watchfire 8MM color LED display with matrix of approx. 72 c 252 and cabinet size of approx. 2’-5” H x 7’-2 1/2 W x 5’ deep each. Verizon Broadband provided by Watchfire for life of sign; Software and training included and installed on customer supplied computer; Unit requires 120- volt, 20-amp single phase service supplied (by GCSD)
