Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to the following: 1. Fence Installation o Approximately 1,588 linear feet of 6-foot-tall black vinyl-coated chain link fence o Fence fabric, framework, posts, rails, fittings, and hardware to be black vinyl-coated o Posts to be set in concrete in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications 2. Gates o Two (2) double swing gates, each 10 feet wide, for maintenance access o Six (6) pedestrian gates o All gates to be black vinyl-coated, fully framed, and fully operational o No gate lock hardware is required as part of this rebid 3. General Requirements o Contractor shall verify all field measurements and site conditions prior to installation o Installation must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes, as well as district requirements o Contractor is responsible for protection of existing structures, landscaping, and utilities o Work areas must be maintained in a safe condition at all times o Final site cleanup required upon project completion
