1. Fence Installation o Approximately 440 linear feet of 6-foot-tall black vinyl-coated chain link fence o Fence fabric, framework, posts, rails, fittings, and hardware to be black vinyl-coated o Posts to be set in concrete in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications 2. Gates o Three (3) pedestrian gates, each 4 feet wide o One (1) double swing gate, 28 feet wide o All gates to be black vinyl-coated, fully framed, and equipped with appropriate locking hardware o Gates to be installed plumb, level, and fully operational 3. Egress Gate o One pedestrian gate to be installed at the end of the retaining wall on the west side of the building for egress purposes o Installation to comply with applicable safety and egress considerations 4. General Requirements o Contractor shall verify all field measurements and site conditions prior to installation o Installation must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes, as well as district requirements o Contractor is responsible for protection of existing structures, landscaping, and utilities o All work areas to be cleaned daily, with final cleanup upon project completion
