Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed CRM must be already fully deployed and fully functional at other higher education institutions similar to Francis Marion University. The proposed CRM is intended to replace the University’s EMAS Enrollment Management system. Product shall be installed and all training complete for a Go-Live no later than April 1, 2020. Provide a secure, web-based front end to support inquiries, empowering prospects to manage their own data through an on-line process involving username and password authentication. The desired CRM must provide for personalized web portals for individual prospective students allowing them to access information specific to their needs. This desired portal should be able to push content to applicant / prospects based upon information already collected. Proposed CRM should serve international students whose country may not permit access to specific services that are inherent to or integrate with system ; Application management system shall be easy to use and customizable to provide administrative users with real-time access to information stored. System shall be fully capable of integrating with the university’s Touchnet/Heartland ID card system. System shall integrate with Ellucian Colleague ERP program (integrate with Application Programming Interfaces preferred). Integration with university’s TouchNet application via web services API for credit card processing such that payments and university’s share of fees can be processed and sent directly to FMU within 30 days is preferred. Integration with TouchNet services beyond Touchnet’s basic payment gateway.
