The project is the construction of a new +1- 15,000 SF Police Garage composed of an 8-bay police garage with administrative spaces, locker rooms, storage rooms, and an exterior wash bay and fueling station. The approximate 3.5 acres site is located at the intersection of Savage Road and Executive Hall Road. The site development will include clearing, grading, detention and utilities. The site will be fenced and wilt accommodate parking and vehicle storage.
