Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Chanticleer is a bi-weekly student newspaper publication delivered across campus on Thursday mornings. The University will provide all content, artwork, photographs, advertising, and other materials by noon on Tuesdays. The newspaper should be delivered to the University by the printer the next day (Wednesday) after 6pm. The paper is produced over two semesters, Spring and Fall, with printing interruptions over Thanksgiving break, Winter break, and Spring break. A specific publication schedule will be provided each semester by the agency. Proofing will be provided by the vendor according to separate agreement when the contract is settled. The University is currently using CS6. Offeror must have the capability to accommodate this technology.
