The elevator is an Otis Collective Passenger Elevator, Single, Wrap, Traction (SWT) Geared, Load Speed 2500 @ FPM, Control Unit Multi-Voltage (UMV), One (1) Door Set, Center Opening Hoist Way, Three (3) Stops, Three (3) Openings. The elevator is approximately 33 years old and was upgraded in 1991 to meet S.C. Elevator Codes.
