Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Charleston in South Carolina seeks a variety of services to assist staff in the creation of the Peninsula Plan to guide development and planning investments on the Charleston Peninsula in the coming decades. The primary services requested include: A) Planning and Design services with an emphasis on urban design, bike and pedestrian mobility and safety, transportation demand management, multi-modal transportation network connectivity, opportunities for infill and economic feasibility assessments; B) Outreach and Communications Coordination; C) Graphic Design; and D) an Economic Development Analysis. Candidates may submit proposals for one (1) the four (4) requested services, a combination of services, or all services being requested. The City reserves the right to award in lots or all to one vendor.
