Specifications include, but are not limited to: The solution must be Webhosted and serve as a single source for all parking management operational functions and management. ‐ Must be accessed by users via all modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari) and IOS or Android mobile devices. ‐ The solution must support data encryption at rest and in transit. ‐ The solution must support at least 15 officers. ‐ The solution must support SAML ADFS authentication for employees and students. ‐ The solution must provide a method to securely import Students and Employees via an automated process. ‐ The system must automatically differentiate between active, disabled, and deleted status of students, employees, and vendors and update the status within the system automatically given the data available in the student and employee imports. ‐ The system must provide a method to reconcile which students have paid for a parking decal and which ones have not. This should be achieved through reports that can be viewed by the Managers of the system. ‐ Include integration and data transfer with Ellucian’s Banner ERP system in order to place a hold on a student’s account if a citation has not been paid within a given specified date including the secure transfer of employee and student Banner accounts and parking system records.
