A. Design Services – The Provider shall provide the following design related services: a) Provide a complete design, including documentation, for a Neutral Host Cellular DAS solution that provides cellular capacity and quality coverage for cellular users. The DAS shall be adequate to support all operations, passengers, tenants, airlines, and other stakeholders requiring cellular connectivity within the areas identified on the GSP campus. b) Conduct a comprehensive site survey to determine signal propagation, interference, and coverage gaps throughout the airport property, including all terminals, concourses, gates, baggage claim, security areas, parking structures, administrative areas, outdoor spaces, and airfield operations zones as shown on the required coverage area map c) Design a DAS solution tailored to GSP’s campus layout, taking into account current and anticipated traƯic demands, emerging wireless technologies (e.g., 5G), and integration with existing infrastructure. d) Appendix A provides the coverage map and related drawing details for the required coverage areas. The Bidder must review the intended DAS coverage area and supply all components necessary for a fully functional DAS system in their proposal. This includes but is not limited to, antennas, cabling, connectors, racks, head-end equipment, towers, and remote units. e) DAS Primary Equipment Room: The Provider shall be responsible for the complete design and construction/installation of enhancements to the primary communications room that will house all DAS and MNO head-end equipment. The District has identified a location for this room that will require validation by the Provider. The Provider shall develop designs and construction documentation (including permitting, as required) to accommodate both MNO equipment and neutral host equipment within the designated room. f) Existing District Communications Rooms: The District has existing communications rooms that are available to support the DAS installation. The Provider shall conduct site surveys of existing communication rooms (CRs) to determine their suitability for housing DAS remote units and associated equipment. Any modifications or upgrades required to existing CRs to accommodate the DAS equipment (e.g., power upgrades, cooling enhancements, rack installations) shall be the responsibility of the Provider, subject to the District's approval. i. The Provider shall ensure that the installation of DAS equipment in existing CRs does not negatively impact the functionality or accessibility of existing District systems housed within those rooms. ii. The Provider shall identify other locations (such as additional rooms, above ceilings, or back-of-house areas) where equipment will be required for the Cellular DAS
