Specifications include, but are not limited to: RETAIL AND RESIDENTIAL FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS The Contractor shall be the exclusive provider of dining services for the University in the current and proposed venues named below as well as any additional food service locations desired by the University during the term of the contract. Current and proposed venues in which food service will be provided are as follows: v Cafeteria (Main Dining Hall) located in the Grier Student Center which will accommodate 460 patrons. v Food Court located on the 2nd floor of the Grier Student Center which will accommodate approximately 80 patrons. v Coffee Shop is located on the upper floor of Jackson Library and serves a limited food selection in addition to the coffee selections. This venue will accommodate 50 patrons. v Provisions on Demand (P.O.D.) Express is located on the 1st floor of The Learning Center. It combines the corner store with quick, grab n go convenience, featuring dining options for breakfast, lunch or any time of day including freshly-prepared sandwiches and salads, bakery items, coffee selections and essentials found in a convenience store. CAMPUS CATERING PROGRAM The Contractor will be the Universitys exclusive caterer unless the Contractor and the University cannot agree to schedule, menus or prices for a particular catered event. SUMMER CAMPS AND CONFERENCES FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS The Contractor will be the exclusive provider of on-campus summer camps and conference food service operations.
