1. Conduct routine pest control treatments at all designated facilities outlined in the RFP. 2. Address common pests, including but not limited to ants, cockroaches, spiders, rodents, termites, and bedbugs. 3. Interior treatment of public and identified areas for ALL insects (including fire ants, bees, cockroaches, and mice, etc.). 4. Exterior five-foot treatment for ALL insects (including fire ants, bees, cockroaches, and mice, etc.). 5. Termite treatment to be on an as needed basis, per lineal foot price. 6. Spraying for insects will be required at least every thirty (30) days. Treatment chemicals must be EPA approved low or no odor chemicals and bait. 7. Call back service and office requests will be provided when necessary. A).
