ot A - Food Service Events Revenue The successful Contractor must offer services to all locations at the Clemson University Outdoor Lab. This will include, but not limited to, Kresge Hall & Patio, Pavilion, Betty's Place, Bowfin Conference Room, Hopa Cabana, Katydid, Team Ventures Center, Michaels Mooring. Events may include, Wedding Receptions, parties, class reunions, multi-day retreats and workshops, holiday events, and University department business meetings and receptions. Lot B - Summer Camp Program Events include programs and camps which require family-style service for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, snacks, cookouts and picnics (approximately 4,000+ meals serving 1400+ people annually). Summer Camps are typically 9 weeks.
