Specifications include, but are not limited to: Horry County Schools is seeking proposals to provide a materials and support contract for the purchase of a comprehensive solution for streaming video and documentation of board meetings for the Horry County Board of Education in accordance with all requirements stated herein. These specifications cover professional services to furnish a solution for creating and distributing agendas, agenda packets, and minutes. Also, the proposal shall provide a platform for streaming and archiving meetings that includes indexing links that correspond to all items in the agenda and minutes. The work must be completed and fully operational by September 25, 2023, unless otherwise approved by District Administration.
