Specifications include, but are not limited to: he Office of State Procurement, on behalf of the University of South Carolina (UofSC), and Clemson University (CU), is soliciting a Fixed Price Bid (FPB) to obtain qualified contractors to provide professional services to assist both institutions with future projects with its Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise (OPS) Resource Planning (ERP) systems in accordance with all the requirements stated in this solicitation. This Fixed Price Bid will establish rates for Oracle PeopleSoft ERP consultants. Consultants will provide project leadership, training, change management and implementation functional / technical support of the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP systems. Needs include, but are not limited to the Finance, Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Payroll, and Data Warehouse/Reporting/Analytics. By responding to this solicitation all bidders agree not to charge a higher hourly rate than identified on each item found on the bidding schedule starting on page forty-one (41) of this solicitation. Also, bidders are encouraged to provide the State the most competitive hourly rate for the services identified herein.
