Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide all necessary personal equipment and supplies necessary to officiate, including clothing suitable for providing officiating services. B. Provide Officiating Assignor Services for Adult Basketball, Adult Flag Football, Adult Kickball, Adult Softball, Youth Flag Football and Youth Tackle Football, on an as-needed basis. C. Officiate sport events in a professional manner; use appropriate conduct with players, coaches, staff and/or spectators. D. Ensure that officials possess full knowledge of all Local Rules for all sports specified. E. Report to the game locations prior to the scheduled game time. F. Secure substitute officials in the event of “no-shows”. G. Complete Background Checks. H. Provide a schedule (weekly, bi-monthly or monthly) to the County’s Athletics Department that identifies all assigned officials and scheduled locations.I. Attend Team Captain Meeting (in-person or virtual) for Adult Sports, as needed. J. Attend Youth Football Coaches’ Meetings twice per year to assist with answering questions.
