Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per Richland County School District Two Code §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: Panorama Education platform integrates social-emotional learning data gathered through secure online survey administration of Panorama’s social-emotional learning measures for students and teachers, secure online survey administration functionality, interactive online and paper reports, and the Playbook resource library for educators. Panorama’s services include implementation support, customer service, and professional development for teachers, school leaders, and division leaders. The interactive online reports provide interventions for educators for students who need academic and behavioral interventions. The platform also includes a data dashboard that displays key indicators of student success every day, as well as an intervention and progress monitoring system that ensures effective student support is carried out with fidelity. The platform focuses on meeting holistic needs, including progress monitoring, as well as tracking students' academic progress, attendance, behavioral, and social-emotional learning. This platform addresses the numerous subgroups of the Richland School District Two special education population. In addition to early warning indicators, Panorama would support our district’s MTSS program by building educator capacity to implement effective student emotional learning. This platform allows all educators to create, assign, and monitor the progress of the tiered interventions and supports. The purpose of the platform is to understand the overall effectiveness of interventions in the context of other key performance indicators for behavior, academics, and attendance. All of this supports progress towards graduation for all students in Richland Two to address academics, attendance, behavior, and social-emotional barriers.
