Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.Daily Cleaning Services. Qualified cleaning contractors who are able and capable of preforming professional cleaning services, after hours (5:00 pm) on a daily basis. These services are normal cleaning services as listed below in the cleaning schedule. These daily services will be preformed on a daily basis throughout the terms of this pending contract and shall be part of the base bid. 2.2.Weekly Cleaning Services. These services will be preformed on a weekly routine throughout the terms of this pending contract and shall be part of the base bid.2.3.Monthly & Quarterly Cleaning Services. Cleaning services that are performed on a monthly and quarterly basis and identified in the maintenance schedule. These services shall be identified as an Add Alternate to the base bid.2.4.Negotiated Cleaning Services. Any additional cleaning services that are negotiated prior to the final signing of a contract or amended, after signing, due to new sanitary regulations. This shall include, but not limited to, the changing requirements for COVID sanitation services on an as needed basis.2.5.New Office’s and Building Maintenance Facility’s Cleaning Schedule.
