CSO, the slides from the Industry Day held on 22 September 2021 and the Questions
and Answers from that Industry Day. Submissions are due 31 October 2021 and should
be sent to the functional mailbox indicated in the announcement. Do not submit to e-
commerce.
The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to conduct a Defense
Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Pilot Program for Navy Enterprise Governance, Risk
and Compliance (eGRC) Tools evaluation.
NIWC Atlantic will use the CSO to solicit artifacts for a 5 phase competition in support of
Navy eGRC Tools for Cybersecurity Campaign. The goal of this CSO is to identify
technologies which can support eGRC requirements for operational use across the Navy
enterprise. Responses may result in the award of a future FAR based contract or Non-
FAR based agreement.
Responses are open to all capable and interested businesses.
