The selected vendor shall provide new, high-quality uniforms and services for approximately 33 employees with a variety of requirements across the following departments: • Public Utilities (Electric, Water, and Wastewater Collection) • Public Works (Streets, Sanitation and Grounds Maintenance) The vendor shall provide the following services: • Sizing and Fitting: Measure all current and new employees or provide adequate returnable pre-logo item for in-house sizing. • Delivery: Deliver uniforms grouped by employee and department, as new. • Logo Application: Apply the official municipal logo (to be provided for each department) via embroidery or patch, as specified, at no additional cost. • Purchase Management: Provide ability for employees to order uniforms online and track purchases by employee and department. Uniforms required or outlined in Attachment B will be ordered by the employee and tracked by the Department Supervisor.
