3.1 GENERAL A. The District will be responsible for the following: 1) Remove exterior fencing at FDHS and reinstall after the project is completed 2) Site preparation grading and grubbing 3) Concrete pad at FDHS and SHS 4) Termite treatment prior to concrete poured 5) Hook electrical up from structure to electrical connections. 6) Hook plumbing up from structure to water and sewer lines if needed 7) Door hardware for exterior doors 8) Dispensers to include paper towels/toilet paper/soap 9) Locate existing utilities 10) Relocate the utilities as needed B. The Contractor will be responsible for the following: 1) All field measurements and area for containers 2) Containers must be 2022 or newer and never transported hazardous materials. 3) Three (3) year warranty on workmanship The Contractor will be responsible for the following: (continued) 4) Obtain drawing approval and all permits required 5) All equipment required for the project to include but not limited to lifts, cranes, etc. 6) Delivery and complete set-up of containers 3.2 Fort Dorchester High School Press Box and Locker Rooms A.
